Event-driven market intelligence · Built for Indian equities
Every signal traces back to the filing that caused it.
A deterministic, rule-based engine reads NSE, BSE, SEBI, RBI and Indian government sources directly - no press aggregator, no secondary reporting - and turns each material filing into a scored, explainable trading signal within minutes. No LLM ever sets a score. No order is ever placed without a human confirming it.
What makes this different
No LLM ever sets a number
Every score, action and confidence value is a deterministic function of facts the filing itself states and market data that already happened. A model can phrase an explanation of a fact already extracted - it can never originate one.
Missing means unknown, never zero
An amount the filing doesn't state stays UNKNOWN and is scored as such - it is never filled in with a plausible-looking guess.
Manual-only execution, enforced in code
Order placement is reachable from exactly one function in the whole codebase, gated by a single-use token that expires in five minutes. Nothing here can place a trade without a human confirming it.
Every call shows its reasoning
Open any recommendation and see the source filing, the extracted facts, the materiality and impact math behind it, and every gate that was checked before an action was allowed - not a score with no explanation.
How a filing becomes a signal
- 01EVENT — A filing lands from NSE, BSE, SEBI, RBI or a ministry - captured byte-exact, timestamped, archived.
- 02EVIDENCE — 100+ rule-based event types classify what kind of filing this is, and structured facts are pulled from its own words.
- 03MATERIALITY — A 0-100 score from source-stated facts alone - never a guess at what an unstated figure might be.
- 04IMPACT — Expected price direction and magnitude, signed by the filing's own language, not a sentiment model's opinion of it.
- 05PRICE CONFIRMATION — Checked against what the market has actually done since - a story the price already reflects is not a fresh signal.
- 06HISTORICAL ANALOGUE — Compared against every past event of this exact type - real hit rate and mean return, not a backtest assumption. Below 30 observations, it says so instead of guessing.
- 07RECOMMENDATION — 13 NO-TRADE gates run first. Any one of them blocks the call - being interesting is not being tradeable.
